We have years of experience in event management and love to coordinate with you from start to finish to ensure your games package is exactly what you wanted. Sometimes we are actually able to exceed your expectations by suggesting a games package that perhaps you had not originally considered, that works even better for your special day.

Wedding Game Hire has the ability and inventory to cater for a wide range of Weddings and have the variety suit indoor and outdoor Weddings, big and small.
A clear and concise booking format and reliable communication with the Bride and Groom by both phone and email, results in well planned Weddings that cater for the needs of each happy couple. The aim of every Wedding is to ensure vision for the nuptials is met and that everyone present enjoys themselves. This also includes the staff who must have an adaptable and happy demeanour, ready to ensure the success of every Wedding.
Wedding expectations:
Clear communication with the client prior to departure is necessary to ensure that the vehicle is loaded up with the correct equipment and games. The process of loading needs care to ensure no damage during transit.
Upon arrival, staff will introduce themselves and clarify the location for the games to be set up. Much of this will be confirmed in communications prior to the event day. It is helpful for us to have a phone number for a point of contact on the Wedding Day.
Games and equipment will then be unloaded and set up by friendly staff who work hard as a team to ensure a high quality finish for the big day.
For Weddings where manning is required, and paid for, our staff know that they need to show willingness to spread a fun and safe atmosphere that is in keeping with the goal of the event. Staff need to be able to adapt from children to adults or suit their demeanor to a family Wedding or an adult-only Wedding Reception which will have a different atmosphere and expectation.
Staff expectations:
Our staff have a happy personality complimented with a calmness to deal with any hiccups that can and do happen! They understand the management chain so that they know who to speak to if there are upsets or problems on the ground.
General set up and event requirements:
Any problems, broken equipment, damage during a Wedding Reception or safety breaches must be reported to management or our office immediately. The same applies if anything is noticed upon collection and packing up at the end of an event.
